Lib Dem Conference returns to Liverpool

Liberal Democrats The national autumn Lib Dem Conference will take place in Liverpool next year (2010) The event will see around 4,000 people in the City for debates, speeches and fringe events at the Arena and Convention Centre.

The influx of delegates is expected to provide a huge boost to the local economy.

The party held its shorter Spring Conference in the City last year. It is the first major political party to book into the Arena and Convention Centre.
