New Gallery Opens in Garston

The New Slaugherhouse Gallery on St Mary's Road is now open!

The Gallery, part of the Garston Cultural Village initiative, kicks off its activities with an exhibition of works by Adrian Henri.

Adrian's career encompassed painting, poetry, performance, songwriting and playwriting.

The exhibition runs until 16th May. The gallery is open from 1 to 5pm, Tuesdays to Saturdays.

It is at 50 St Mary's Road.

The New Slaughterhouse gets its name from the former gallery on St Mary's Road which was simply called The Slaughterhouse. The new gallery is larger and will be a better showcase for art in Garston.
