Looking for Liverpool's Future Politicians

Ballot box (voting) graphicOperation Black Vote and Liverpool City Council is launching a City Council shadowing scheme this year.

They are looking for black or minority ethnic individuals who are aged 18 or older and who live or work in Liverpool.

They are offering a chance to find out more about politics and community engagement by setting shadowing schemes allowing people to spend time shadowing City Councillors and getting a real insight into the work.

OBV is co ordinating the application process.

The deadline for applying is Monday March 3rd.

The organisers would like anyone interested to contact them at schemes@obv.org.uk or on 020 8 983 5426.
