Liverpool - New Year Celebration

A lively and refelective Service featuring the "Love & Joy Gospel Choir", ringing-in this historic New Year for Liverpool. "Great George" the heaviest, highest bell in the world heralds the midnight hour, when a joyous peal of bells will ring out over the city anticipating and reflecting our City's proud motto "Deus nobis haec otia fecit" (God has provided us this tranquility).

Its all happening at the Anglican Cathedral, doors open at 10.30pm on 31 December 2007.

Everyone is welcome to attend; there will be a great atmosphere of anticipation as we approach midnight up to the dawning of 2008.
