Be part of a spectacular and unforgettable live music event and watch the Liverpool Nativity take place in the streets of Liverpool.
As part of the lead up to the European Capital of Culture 2008 celebrations, BBC Three will turn the city in to a stage for the dramatic and contemporary re-telling of the Nativity this Christmas.
Music from Liverpool's rich legacy will provide the soundtrack to the production, with tracks from The Beatles, The La's and The Zutons being performed with a fresh twist by the characters and live orchestra.
A star studied cast includes Geoffrey Hughes (The Royle Family, Keeping Up Appearances) as the Angel Gabriel, Jennifer Ellison (Brookside) as an Angel, Cathy Tyson (Band of Gold) as the villainous Herodia and Paul Barber (The Full Monty, Only Fools and Horses) playing the landlord.
This wonderful evening's entertainment is a perfect way to celebrate the Christmas period.
You can play your part by coming along to William Brown Street on Sunday 16th December at 8.00pm.
Don't forget to bring a torch to illuminate the night sky, making the night even more magical
