Stop speeding says Lib Dem Councillor.

Councillor Eddie Clein and his Lib Dem colleagues in Childwall are calling for action to stop speeding by drivers using Childwall Valley Road.
The problem, say the team, is that drivers speed up and don't realise quite how fast they are going. Yet there have been a number of complaints from residents about the speeds drivers are using.
