Paula Keaveney says "thank you".

Lib Dem Campaigner Paula Keaveney says "thank you" to everyone who supported her in the elections on May 3rd.

Says Paula:

"Obviously I am disappointed that I didn't win, but I have hugely enjoyed being the Councillor for Speke/Garston ward over the last three years.

"Representing this area involves a lot of work. But it has also been really rewarding, particularly when I have been able to solve a problem or provide real help for people.

"I have also been able to see our area improve, thanks to investment by organisations like the City Council.

" I wish my successor well as a person. I hope she, like me, will realise what a privilege the role is".

Paula, who lives in Garston Under the Bridge will be continuing to campaign for the Liberal Democrats.
