A special liveried Liverpool 2008 bus is touring shopping centres and community locations starting today (Monday 19th March).
The idea of the bus is to give people a chance to find out more, to take the Capital of Culture message to different locations, and to give people a chance to get more involved in the run up to 2008.
The bus will be stopping in different parts of Liverpool over the next two months, before touring other parts of Merseyside.
In South Liverpool the dates are:
21 March - Belle Vale shopping centre
23 March - Tesco, Mather Avenue
3 April - Austin Rawlinson sports centre, Parklands, Speke
11 April - Garston Leisure Centre, Long Lane
14 April - Speke Retail Park
In each case the bus will be on site from 10 am to 3pm.
There are other dates in other parts of Liverpool. All the details are available at the Capital of Culture website - www.liverpool08.com
