Local election candidates announced

Liberal Democrat bird with wordsNominations closed today (3rd April) for candidates for the local elections,which take place on Thursday 4th May.

The Liberal Democrat Candidates in the Garston Constituency are:

Allerton and Hunts Cross - Vera Best

Belle Vale - Peter Rainford

Childwall - Sir Trevor Jones

Church - Colin Eldridge

Cressington - Dr Richard Oglethorpe

Mossley Hill - Tina Gould

Speke Garston - Frank Roderick

Woolton - Malcolm Kelly

Information on Liberal Democrat candidates in other parts of the City will be available from garmoyle@liverlibdems.org.uk.

People will be able to vote in person or by post. Applications for postal votes for this election have to be in by 18th April.
