Being warmer in Garston

An energy efficiency scheme for homes in part of Garston is underway this month.
The idea is to carry out insulation in homes that need it for people who are over 60 or who are on benefits but not covered by the Warm Front Scheme. The area covered is mainly Under the Bridge.
The work will be carried out by the voluntary organisation - Local Solutions - on behalf of the City Council.
Local Solutions will be circulating information about the scheme in areas where the work is due to take place. Meanwhile anyone living in Garston with queries about this scheme, or the Warm Front Scheme, should contact the Council's energy efficiency assistant - Richard Quinn at richie.quinn@liverpool.gov.uk.
