Speke and Halton Clean up underway.

Councillor Paula Keaveney, who represents Speke and Garston, has welcomed an iniiative to clean up Dungeons Lane, Bailey's Lane and other parts of Speke and Oglet near the airport.
The roads going near the perimeter of the airport, and towards the shore, have become famous dumping spots, with flytippers driving in and unloading.
Now Liverpool Council and Halton Borough Council have combined to organise a clean up and to make sure that there is more surveillance to try to catch flytippers in the act.
Staff have already carted away huge amounts of debris from the area.
Says Paula:
"We really need to make it clear to people that flytipping is anti social, harms the environment and is against the law. I very much hope we are able to catch people in the act and then prosecute to get the message across that we all need to be more responsible about our surroundings".
